Khandsari is a chemical-free & physically extracted sugar from liquid jaggery. It is an all purpose sugar. It is full of minerals and other nutrients, making it a healthier choice than refined, chemically treated sugar. Khandsari could never be extremely white like refined sugar. It will always be slightly yellowish or golden in colour.
