Cancellation / Return Policy

Athena Enterprise (Ved Organic) endeavors to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, in case you are dissatisfied with the buying experience or have concerns regarding the delivered products, the following shall be the appropriate process with regards to order cancellation or product return.

Cancellation:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled through the website or any automated system.

• For any order cancellation requests, customers must contact our customer care team directly.

• Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Athena Enterprise (Ved Organic).

• Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return Policy:

• Any returns due to company fault, damaged product, or poor product quality will be taken into consideration.
• However, Athena Enterprise (Ved Organic) will inquire into the matter and take appropriate action.
• Return requests must be initiated within 8 days of successful delivery of the order.

• It is mandatory to provide product images in case of damage.
• All return requests are subject to approval by the company after due verification.
• All returned items must be new, unopened, and in original condition, along with original packaging and receipt.
